Domestic Shipping:

All orders are shipped from NSW South Coast via Australian Parcel Post, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders will usually be dispatched within 72hrs of purchase. All shipping costs are in AUD.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free Australian shipping for orders over $100.

Kohli Tea endeavours to re-use packing materials whenever possible. All bubble wrap, packing pellets etc have been repurposed from deliveries we have received. Anything that we can't reuse is recycled or taken to Red-Cycle drop off bins at our local supermarket. We want to do our bit to reduce waste and help the environment. The packing boxes used are 100% recycled cardboard and we occasionally use parcel post bags from Australia Post which are recyclable. Because every little bit counts :)

International Shipping:

Tea is classed as plant matter. As such, each country may have variations and restrictions on importing plant matter. At this point we offer International Shipping via Australia Post to the following countries:

Payment of any taxes or duties applicable to purchases are the responsibility of the buyer. Due to COVID 19, please note all domestic and international shipping may be delayed and is unfortunately beyond our control. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders shipped.

Returns Policy:

Due to health regulations, tea cannot be returned or exchanged. We try our best to provide informative descriptions for each of our teas.
