SPRING 2018 HARVEST
This exquisite tea is made using only the bud shoots, picked during a two day window over the spring harvest. It is processed as a white tea before being hand rolled into beautiful coils that dance and swirl in the cup when brewed. Thick and smooth on the palate with a buttery sweetness, this tea is sure to impress and is a beautiful addition to any tea collection. Best consumed without food so as not to mask the delicate and complex flavours.
Brew at 85-90C for 2-3 minutes, in a glass pot or cup to observe their delicate beauty.
